Company background

Named after our first Greenhouse business purchased in the Lea Valley,
Stubbins is a leading UK based grower, packer and distributor of fresh salads and vegetables.

The business was formed in 1976 and is a family owned business based at Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire. We specialize in the growing and marketing of our own crops both from abroad and in the UK.

We also act as the central marketing organization for our partner growers crop productions.
Stubbins provides technical expertise and support for its own production
sites and also for its grower partners, thus ensuring the quality and
integrity of the product it supplies to its customers.

Stubbins expansion has been driven through
product innovation and its ability to control all
the various elements of the supply chain from
production of crops to washing, grading,
packing and then delivery utilising its
distribution division called Continental Express.
