For all our production staff, there is an in-house induction period
which ensures that employees understand both the
job they will be undertaking and the standards they
are expected to meet. e.g. hygiene, protective
clothing, no smoking. This initial induction is
followed by a development period of on line
training, which is overseen by a senior supervisor.
We have an in house training facility which can hold
briefings and seminars to enhance the knowledge of
our employees.
We are also members of
Sedex. We use this
secure, web-based system to update our labour practices at production sites and
make it available to our customers. |
